Any support Hairball Audio, LLC chooses to provide, is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We cannot offer any guarantee as to the consequences of the support provided. Should the support cause damage or loss of any kind, Hairball Audio, LLC shall not be held liable to you or any other person for indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or losses.

In some cases, we simply cannot find a fix over the forum. If you like, you can send the unit in to have it repaired by us for a flat fee. Information can be found on our Build Support Services page.
