Shipping Policy
Orders of "In Stock" products are generally shipped within 3 business days. If an order is placed that includes products not currently in stock, the order will ship once all of the ordered products are in stock. If a product is out of stock, it'll be clearly marked on the product page near the add to cart/select options button.
Shipping Options
- First Class Mail: Delivery time varies. The most affordable international shipping option. Limited to 4lbs or less and generally not tracked.
- Priority Mail: 1-3 business days for domestic shipments and 6-10 business days for international shipments. Our preferred shipping method. Trackable in the USA and to most major international destinations.
- Express Mail: Overnight to most US destinations and 3-5 business days to most major international destinations. Tracking available and includes $100 insurance coverage.
*Please note: Quoted international delivery times do not include customs processing. Most customs offices process packages in 2-3 days but we have had packages take up to 6 weeks to clear customs offices.
Important Information About Customs
Under no circumstances will Hairball Audio, LLC ship your order as a "gift" or list an incorrect value on the customs form. Misrepresenting shipments on customs forms is a serious offense and we risk fines by not following customs guidelines.
Return policy
You may return all undamaged items purchased within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
